Enjoying Sulfi

Meet 'Sulfi', a refreshing beverage extracted from the fishtail palm tree, native to the Bastar region. This tropical tree, resembling a palm tree, is a prized possession among the local tribes. The stems of the Sulfi tree are tapped to collect a sweet, fermented juice that's cherished by the community. Dubbed 'Bastar Beer', this traditional drink is a status symbol among tribal families, reflecting their wealth and heritage.
